Product Warranties

The warranty is applicable to all product(s) purchased through Xpanda online.

The warranty is valid for a 12-month period from date of purchase, proof of purchase must be supplied by the original purchaser. The warranty entitles the bearer to a replacement or repair of the same product, should an identical product not be available, Xpanda reserves the right to replace the product(s) with a similar at the same or higher value.

Replacement warranty:

Xpanda reserves the right to repair or replace a product with a similar product at the same or at a higher price, in the event that the original product is no longer available.

Xpanda may request photographs and or access to the product to determine the cause of the warranty claim and might request a dedicated service agent to carry out such an inspection.

Transport cost in relation to a faulty product still within the warranty period:

Xpanda will cover the cost of collection and replacement of product(s) provided that the product is adequately packaged for transit by the purchaser, and available for collection and delivery within normal business hours.

Should it be found upon inspection that the product is faulty due to misuse, outside of it’s intended use, the replacement might be declined. In such an event, the cost of returning the misused product to the purchaser will be for the purchaser’s account.
