Delivery Terms and Conditions

Order Processing

Please allow 24 Hours to process your order. Expect an email within 36 Hours to let you know your order is on the way

When should you expect your delivery

Delivery times vary from1-7 business days depending on your locations. By default, we ship your order as complete, meaning that if you ordered more than one product, delivery would take place according to the product with the longest lead time. Please contact us should you wish to receive a part shipment.

Local Pickup

Orders can be picked up daily, from 8am to 4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery: Within UK borders

Areas of delivery: Coast to coast throughout the United Kingdom

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the UK of our shop.

Orders placed before 10am during store hours 8am to 4pm will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 36 hours using DX Nightfreight. Standard delivery is between 3-5 days. Free shipping applies within the borders of the UK. Optional: For exports, please contact our sales office for relevant shipping rates.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping is included within the UK.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Xpanda is not responsible for these

charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@xpandauk.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Express Delivery:

Should you require your Xpanda Security Grille quicker, please contact our friendly sales team to make the necessary arrangements – this might attract additional costs.

How payment affect my delivery:

Payments before 10am will ensure product dispatch on the same day. Payments received after 10am, might only be dispatched the following business day., or in line with stated lead-times.

Can I track my order:

You can track your order by using your waybill details on our nominated carrier’s website or simply email us your waybill details on info@xpanda.co.uk, and we will track your delivery on your behalf.
