Refund policy
We offer a 30-day, no quibble returns policy.
If you have changed your mind, and want to return your purchase to us, in its original condition and packaging – Just send us your receipt, order confirmation or sales invoice.
We are sure that you will be delighted with your Xpanda Security Grille(s), but if you do change your mind, we will collect your purchase in its original condition within 30 days for a 100% refund.
Please note, we are unable to offer refunds or exchange products that have been cut to size, made to measure, or partially prepared for installation. Your consumer rights are not affected.
- Product(s) are returned in their original packaging
- Product(s) are in saleable condition
- Product(s) are securely packaged and protected with additional external packaging for transit purposes*
- Any damaged or short supplied items must be communicated within 7 days of receipt of order.*
*All product returns must be securely packaged within additional exterior packaging materials, in similar fashion in which it was delivered. Inside a cardboard box, or with cardboard wrapping. bubble wrapping or similar suitable packaging materials.
The reason for this is twofold, the nominated carrier will put a stickly label onto the product packaging, immediately making the item un-saleable, and the additional packaging will safeguard the product(s) from transit damages whilst in the care of the nominated carrier.
Prior to refund, the product(s) will be inspected to ensure that they are in original packaging, un-altered and in saleable condition.
*Any damaged product(s) or short supplied items must be reported to Xpanda in writing within 7 days of receipt.
Once the items are in your possession several things can happen that are outside of our control. Therefore, damages or short supplied items not reported to Xpanda within the 7day period from receipt of delivery will be exempt from our 30-day free returns policy.
Xpanda reserves the right to decline any claims that arise after the 7-day period. A replacement will then be at the full discretion of Xpanda.
Returns and Refunds outside of the 30-day period:
Xpanda is not obligated to accept returns after a 30-day period from date of purchase. Once the 30-day window expires, Xpanda has the right of refusal and can decline your refund all together. Handling fees and transport fees will then be at Xpanda’s discretion. The 30-day period starts from the calendar date the order was receipted by the consignee.
Faulty Products
If product(s) you purchased are deemed faulty, you may be offered a repair, exchange, or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
Disclaimer
Xpanda will not be held responsible or liable for injury, loss of income, cost of installation or any other similar instance where costs are incurred due to the malfunction, incorrect supply, or delayed supply of any product(s)
Your statutory rights are reserved and not affected.
How to return product(s)
A return can be requested by any of the following methods:

In the event of the return, our carrier must be able to access the product within business hours Monday to Friday.
It is mandatory for product(s) to be securely packaged for transit, so that it arrives in the condition it was shipped. If the return can not be collected within business hours Monday to Friday, we might request that you deliver the product to a convenient pick-up point as nominated by our carrier. In this event, prior arrangements would need to be made with your friendly sales representative at Xpanda.
Proof of purchase would be required.
Refunds:
Refunds are processes subject to a final inspection by Xpanda once goods are received back in our warehouse.
You will receive your refund within 7 working days.
Refund will be processed by means of the same payment option used for the original transaction: Credit Card to Credit Card, EFT to EFT into the same bank account. For EFT payments we might request proof of banking details.
